Update Alpha 29


Alpha 29 is here!

Added Landmine:

  • Landmine can be placed with an item version of itself
  • Landmine as an item initially starts as a stack of 8 and can be stacked up to 32
  • Landmine explodes when an object enters the Landmine's tiny range, and the magnitude of the difference between the object's velocity and the Landmine's velocity is greater than 0.5
  • Landmine's explosion is weaker than TNT's explosion
  • Landmines do not explode under any circumstances for 0.25 seconds upon placement

Added Sentry Gun:

  • Sentry Gun can be placed with an item version of itself
  • Sentry Gun cannot stack to compensate with how useful it is
  • Sentry Gun fires 8 projectiles per second with its two barrels; each projectile dealing 19.1 units of damage
  • Sentry Gun targets all entities within 120 meters of range except for its owner and the owner's allies
  • Sentry Gun is damaged by fire

Added Spike Pad:

  • Spike Pad can be placed with an item version of itself
  • Spike Pad as an item initially starts as a stack of 4 and can be stacked up to 8
  • When an entity enters the Spike Pad's spike region, the Spike Pad deals 67.4 units of damage to the entity

Added Teleport Pad:

  • Teleport Pad can be placed with an item version of itself
  • Teleport Pad as an item initially starts as a stack of 2 and can be stacked up to 4
  • When an object enters the active Teleport Pad's portal region, the Teleport Pad teleports the object to another Teleport Pad that it is linked to
  • Teleport Pad's overheat time increases by 1/3 seconds whenever it teleports an object
  • Teleport Pad explodes when its overheat time exceeds 8 seconds

Changes to Assault Rifle:

  • Decreased Assault Rifle's spread aiming multiplier to 0.3 (was 0.5)
  • Increased Assault Rifle's spread multiplier change upon fire to 3.2 (was 2.7)
  • Increased Assault Rifle's spread multiplier decay to 16.5 (was 14.5)

Changes to Bolt Action Rifle:

  • Bolt Action Rifle now uses sniper crosshair

Changes to Minigun:

  • Decreased Minigun's spread aiming multiplier to 0.7 (was 0.8)
  • Decreased Minigun's spread minimum multilplier to 0.5 (was 1)

Changes to Submachine Gun:

  • Decreased Submachine Gun's spread aiming multiplier to 0.5 (was 0.8)
  • Decreased Submachine Gun's spread minimum multiplier to 0.25 (was 0.5)

Changes to TNT:

  • TNT can now be placed with an item version of itself
  • TNT as an item initially starts as a stack of 4 and can be stacked up to 16

Other Adjustments:

  • Item Spawners no longer play a sound upon spawning an item for the first time
  • Sniper crosshair is now the same as the regular crosshair, with the exception of the top line

Bugfixes:

  • Fixed bug where entities (especially in Chaos City Teamed) would concentrate on certain spots
  • Fixed bug where projectiles would ignore the weapon holder's velocity upon firing; noticeable when using weapons that fire projectiles at a slow speed
  • Fixed bug where dropping a material while building would cause each dropped item to have a highlight, now the highlight cancels when a material is dropped
