Tiny update to balance out the gameplay...

Miscellaneous Changes

• All NPCS now have a fewer chance of spawning with a sniper weapon¹
• All "fake players" now have a lower chance of having a sniper weapon and a higher chance of having a pistol in Battle Royale Test²

¹ (4.5% to 1.25% for sniper weapons)

² There was an abundance of unarmed blockys and blockys that can easily kill other blockys with a sniper weapon, as evidenced by the "chat." (9% to 2.5% for sniper weapons; 16% to 32% for pistols)
